Tom cleaned a fabric couch for us that our 3 dogs had covered in dog dirt. It looked and smelled brand new after the cleaning process. I would have Tom back in a heart beat to do our carpets or anything else we needed stream cleaned. Professional from begging to end.
Tom was very professional and took his time to clean and manicure the carpets . Despite them being older carpets he treated them with care and attention . I would highly recommend his services . Affordable and Quality cleaning!
Response to the Business: As usual in the service industry, not all interactions with potential clients end with a transaction. I called to inquire about your services and fees, was clearly unhappy with the response and hired someone else. I can't remember specific details of the conversation and neither could you--reasonably--after this long. I'm unclear on how you've confirmed we haven't spoken by phone or email without knowing my contact information first. What a strange way to reply to a review from 2 years ago.
