Annual update - we had him out again, this time for the couch and some upholstered chairs we purchased (dirty when received, which the kids were more than happy to also contribute to). It still blew my mind how great of a job they did!! Initial review: Mr. Steam completed our couches, chair and footstool today. His work was incredibly thorough, and despite it taking a bit longer than anticipated (Sorry! Little kids are tough on furniture), he honoured the quote he had provided for the work. Highly recommend. Thank you!
Absolutely the best carpet cleaner! Tom was on time, very kind & helpful! He was treating a corner that my cat had peed on! He not only did the corner for the agreed price but also did most of my upstairs carpet that had stains free of charge!! All the stains are gone and my carpet looks beautiful! Very happy with my experience and 100% recommend his services!!
