I just had Tumu in this morning to steam clean my bed mattress! It looks like new and smells so fresh!! He did a excellent job and is a very personable team player 👏 😀 I will highly recommend your services and service person to others.
Our technician was running behind, but let us know significantly before hand which was so appreciated. I wish I had taken before pictures, but the goal was to eliminate pet soil/urine smells so I wasn’t focused on the staining, but the staining is gone too!!! All I can say is wow! I cannot believe how thorough of a job our technician did. We had purchased this couch off marketplace for cheap and didn’t realize the previous owners conveniently forgot to disclose the amount of urine that was left behind in it by their dog. This is our second time using Mr. Steam and we are again thoroughly pleased. Tom arrived on Tom and was very friendly. He cleaned a bedroom for us and the results are amazing. We recommend and will use again. I have included 3 before and the after. Thank you Mr. Steam!
