ATTENTION ALL PET OWNERS: If you are having issues with your upholstery having Pet fur, Tom is your guy! I've been struggling with this issue for a while now, trying to remove the fur from my couch (my fault for getting a white , fabric couch). but he managed to get all the fur out (my dog has short fine hairs, so the Magic Brush (or any brushes & vacuum) didn't do much at all. But he made my sectional pretty much look brand new and his price is pretty good for the work he has done. Highly Recommend this business!
Tom from Mr. Steam came and did an exceptionally excellent job of cleaning the carpets and especially the stairs!! Thank you so much for such a great price too!
My friend and I both had Mr. Steam Cleaner clean our respective carpets over the past week. Our carpets were old and particularly challenging . We’re both very happy with the service, prices were reasonable, service was very efficient and thorough. Also received some 20$ coupons for future service, which is a really good deal! Thanks very much.
Highly recommend Tom with Mr Steam! Absolutely professional and knowledgeable on every aspect of cleaning and caring for our carpets. He doesn’t try to sell you something you don’t need, in fact, if you need it he considers it part of the quote if you mentioned it while booking. I was impressed with his attitude, kindness and a real desire to give you the best possible outcome. My carpets look and smell great, he was attentive to even the tiniest detail. I will recommend to everyone!!
I booked a service based on reviews I saw and was not disappointed. I had a new to me couch I obtained that needed a solid cleaning with pet hair removal as well. Tom showed up right on time, did a fabulous job, and as a bonus it took pretty much the exact time quoted and was the same price quoted when I originally booked. I will definitely be booking again thank you!
