We are so happy with our new sprinkler system and landscaping. From start to finish everyone on the team was so helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had throughout the process. Many of the companies I reached out to had subcontractors but at Mr. Sprinkler was a one stop shop. Everything was handled by them. We had a leak in our sprinker system and called them in to diagnose the problem. They did a "full inspection" ($$$) but couldnt find the exact source. They tried some "general fixes" as a guess, but it didnt stop the leak. We called them a second time to try again but they only suggested digging up the line to replace the whole sprinkler head ($$$$). Instead we decided to get a second opinion from another company and they immediately diagnosed a faulty valve that they were able to fix on the spot with no digging. Problem sol... read more
