We've been a proud customer of Mr. Sprinkler for years, and once again they delivered excellent service!! With city road and curb construction starting, we needed six sprinkler heads along the curb removed and the affected section of the system capped to protect it during construction. The technicians are extremely knowledgable and friendly. I have been using this service for several years and they are always great. The customer service is also incredible with a special shoutout to Catherine as she helps to book and bill. Nice work Mr. Sprinkler !!
I called Mr. Sprinkler for a quote. Marcello came and walked around for 2 minutes and gave me a number. When I asked about placement of sprinkler heads he told me that he knew what to do and not worry about it. He also wanted to be paid in cash. When I said that I wanted to pay by credit card, he got mad. Goodbye!
We are so happy with our new sprinkler system and landscaping. From start to finish everyone on the team was so helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had throughout the process. Many of the companies I reached out to had subcontractors but at Mr. Sprinkler was a one stop shop. Everything was handled by them. I highly recommend you reach out to them if you are considering an irrigation system. Everyone I spoke to was so knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you for all the hard work!
I highly recommend working with Mr. Sprinkler. Their professionalism and outstanding customer service truly impressed me. The results exceeded my expectations, everything was done with great attention to detail and left impeccably clean. Thank you, Team Mr. Sprinkler! Keep up the excellent work.
