We had a leak in our sprinker system and called them in to diagnose the problem. They did a "full inspection" ($$$) but couldnt find the exact source. They tried some "general fixes" as a guess, but it didnt stop the leak. We called them a second time to try again but they only suggested digging up the line to replace the whole sprinkler head ($$$$). I am extremely dissatisfied with the cost incurred for replacing two valves and a sprinkler head. Due to time constraints, I arranged for the service to be performed at my father's residence. Unfortunately, I feel that the company took advantage of him. Two technicians were dispatched for the task, which only required one. Furthermore, the work area was left in disarray and the specific requests I made were not fulfilled. I would not recommend this company to anyone and question their legitimacy as a business entity.
