Oh, WOW! These folks were great! They were here in about five hours after I first talked to them - on the weekend, and with no extra charge. The work took until 10:00 pm, and they did everything needed. Our tech, John Pratt was incredibly nice and knowledgeable. My experience couldn’t have been better.
John was a fantastic service rep. We are so happy we the work and convenience. We will be contacting for some future work now as well.
Technician John was outstanding, communicating everything he did to repair the broken spring, very personable and professional. Took less than one hour.
We purchased two garage door opener units. Everything went great. The only disappointment is we only received one garage door opener per unit. I have never heard of just receiving just one. Usually it is two openers per unit. Hence only 3 stars.
