I have been coming to your car wash since you opened and have always been pleased. I was there today and purchased the platinum wash. I did not receive the tri-foam as included in the platinum wash. I just got called the car wash to let them know and the person I spoke with wanted to know if I noticed whether platinum was selected when I entered the car wash. Unfortunately, the workers don't confuse customers
I paid $16 for a car wash.... Accidentally triggered the sensor that starts the car wash before being ready to go through. Employee calls owner to explain situation and owner would not allow me to go though again or give me a refund. it might have been my fault but this is not good customer service In my opinion.

Your monthly car wash renewal program needs some serious work. I joined a few months ago and in November and December (and I am sure January) when they replaced my sticker I was treated poorly by your staff. Your sensors either don’t function properly or your software is screwed. The first time they asked me when I paid, how did I pay because they couldn’t find me in the computer.
