UPDATED: This issue has been resolved. Apparently, the scratch marks were there before the car wash. Thanks to Mr. Spotless Car Wash for pointing that out and for the quick reply. I’m changing this review to 5 stars for their exceptional, client-oriented approach. ORIGINAL: I have never had any problems with this car wash (I go there more than 3 years), but today I found fresh scratches on the rear driver’s-side wheel. The damage looks like from the contact with the guide rail (or some part of it). I have no complaints about... read more
