I made an appointment today to bring my car in for service at 5:00 PM. I was assured the car was would be open until 6:30 PM. When, i got to the location at 4:45 PM, Johnny, Pablo and Antonio told me they could not take my car because no one informed them of the appointment. In the end the refuse to wash my car. My car was still dirty after. I paid 89.00. Plus tip. For a crappy job. I saw dirt immediately. Dirt all over my fingers too. I had to ask for them to wipe , clean the car again. Front, back, sides too. Very sloppy job.
