I needed a smoke alarm replaced and tested urgently and Steven and his team arrived so quickly and fixed it easily. Fantastic and friendly service, couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
Almost a year ago I engaged Mr Sparky service and everything was perfect. Well priced, punctual, cleaned up and all worked. So pleased with service I called to get a quote on a bigger job recently. Unfortunately, after getting no reply to my email requests I phoned - now 3 times. The person that fields the calls advises that he is busy on an urgent job. I have requested an email back and keep trying as I was so happy with last time but can’t get a reply. Disappointing. I need to find someone else now.
Great service and reasonable prices! Would definitely recommend! We love our new ceiling fans.
