Poor service
Came to do some upgrade work to be able to provide a successful EICR. Work completed on Monday and in approx. an hour of leaving property invoice emailed to me, which was paid that day. Was informed the certificate would be with me the next day. Following day NO certificate. Text no response, emailed no response. Telephone calls and managed to establish contact with Daniel a few days later. He informed 'I thought i sent/emailed you the certificate yesterday' - NO you haven't no certificate received. Would highly recommend ..was punctual ..and provided an excellent service fitting new lights and new socket
Had these guys out to fit an external socket. They were prompt and gave me a 30 minute warning when they were on their way. Socket was fitted well and quickly. Good price. Would choose these guys again if I need future work.
