I have worked with Wayne on a professional level and he gives back to the communities he serves and is overall a class act. This is the type of company I love working with.
I was shopping around for a cleaning crew and when I called Mr. Sparkles I was told it would be several days before someone could get back to me. Seriously? I was given an appointment time and told Wayne would call me. Not only did I have to wait several days but the time came and went and no phone call! I called back and was told that the person who took the message didn't write my phone number down. She took my info again and said she would give it to Wayne and he would call me ASAP.
