So I’ve been going to this car wash for years. I always use a coupon that is on the back of the receipt from Big Y. It saves me a couple bucks on the deluxe car wash. Out of the blue the attendant said we don’t accept these any more. He said we have a new owner and we have changed pricing and policies regarding coupons. I went to Mr Sparkle in Wethersfield on Saturday May 11 @ around 8pm and there was little soap in the $14 automatic car wash. I told the worker the next day and he told me to call the main office,i called twice and let messages and they could not even call back. The car was not clean.
Car wash eats your money!
Got my car washed last week at Mr. Sparkle Car Wash. When I got home and out of the car, I noticed the car wasn't clean. Had no time to go back that day and told my husband that I would stop in and get it redone another day. I went by there today and spoke with a fellow by the name of Andre. Used to go all the time, then my SUV was not coming out clean so I thought it was probably the shape of the car. I now have a new small car so I went back to try again. I did middle of the road, not the most expensive but not the cheapest. I was very disappointed when I got home and saw white film still on my car. They must have changed products or something. It's a shame because I pass by there every day now to go to work and there is no way I will stop with the way my car came out last time.
