I used this company in the past and wanted to again with an issue I’m having at my house and after leaving four messages with a company with an active phone line and their website shows that they are open and operating they cannot return a phone call. I’ve had another company come out and they find at least what they say, that the work that was done by this company was not done properly and that’s why I have a problem now. I just tried contacting them again with no answer
Mr Soot's is now Coastal Chimney. They recently cleaned and inspected our fireplace. The crew showed up on time and were friendly and courteous. I definitely will use them again next year.
Easy to schedule an appointment and great work!
They said no service north of Myrtle Beach
