The owner is a pro. He's honest and he gets you in and out quickly. His prices are fair. I highly recommend him.

I would not recommend this smog check station. The employee was extremely rude, unprofessional, and intrusive. He asked me personal questions that had nothing to do with the inspection. Then he started lecturing us because he assumed we had disconnected the battery to hide a check engine light. That wasn't true at all. The car had simply been sitting for a while, and the battery was low. Instead of explaining the situation professionally, he acted like he had already decided we were trying to cheat the test.
