Great personal service, very accommodating.
Poor workmanship, they use subcontractors to complete their work who take a "smash and grab" approach to their work. Basically get in, do the job poorly and get paid then leave. Which is why they needed a third party technician (myself) to go out in early 2021 to finish off their install. I'm a technician who had to wire in three of their motorised blinds. Being the manufacturer/supplier of the units, they should allow for the correct, water tight exit points for electrical cables. As I've had to do this for them, they have ... read more
