I’m not a picky person, send me the wrong meal i’ll eat it, wrong way cooked, eating it, but when it comes to everyone wearing gloves except for the one cooking the food, and no hair net, that just grosses me out, idc if ur a clean freak or what that is just not sanitary and they have obviously went down the shitter as a sandwich place. very disappointed definitely off my must stop to eat list.
I'm done. Long term employee takes any criticism personally. Now I get NO dressing!! Same owtty employee. Use to be the best sandwich shop I've ever been to. They don't even toast the bread anymore! Went from no dressing to over dressing and now not even toasting the bread! I'm done! Someone else took over since I moved here in 2020? The past 19 months have been bad sandwich after bad sandwich! I always enjoy my experience here but today they went above and beyond. I accidentally made an order than included peppers(I hate peppers) and despite it being my mistake, they made me a new one. They didn’t even judge me for being stupid! 10/10
