I called for a quote to repair my car. The guy couldn't give me a quote cause I was the third party requesting for a quote. I explained a little more to see if my situation would change because I need a quote to submit to the person who is paying for it. The guy yells 'Well, I'm not gonna give you one anyway!'. Honestly, I don't understand why he had to yell but it was a horrible experience. The call didn't even last for a minute.
Absolutely terrible job done on respraying the roof of my car. Lots of debris and runs in the paint which needed correction his spray booth must be filthy. He also then painted around part of the windscreen again after the windscreen was refitted leaving a very noticeable raised edge. He even ended up painting an area which was not part of the roof and left a visible masking tape mark. If you pay peanuts you get monkeys and that is exactly what happened to me. Cannot thank Michael enough for his help fixing my car. His referral was perfect and very generous, leading to the most practical and cost effective solution I could possibly hope for.
Quite rude experience over the phone with the lady for a quote for dent repair. Got the quote and need to submit that to insurace company. No idea what irritate her, two hours later called be back, said I dump them and mock my english, then hung up. I couldn't believe my ears. Called back and she said they won't do my fix.
Michael took the time to thoroughly explain the repair process, quoted a reasonable price, and went above and beyond by being helpful in other aspects of life. Michael's expertise and genuine assistance make him a standout professional. I highly recommend him for not only his excellent work but also his overall helpful and friendly approach.
