Are these guys still in business??? I used them for years to receive and scan mail no issues.. now new owners and takes forever to get anything opened.. they even gone few weeks to scan my mail.. I show up in person place is closed.. finally following week got someone who showed up to work and guy says I was on vacation!! What in the world??? You don’t have staff to work while someone on vacation… this is beyond insanity!! I am going to be looking for new mailbox….just madness!!
