I recently visited Mr. Shine Hand Car Wash on the recommendation of a family friend. The drive-through car wash system was convenient, and overall, the experience seemed fine at first. However, I noticed that while the employee was cleaning the mirror, their jewelry caused a scratch on my brand new car’s leather surface. This was disappointing and concerning. Awful. My car had spray stains all throughout the car. Has to come home and clean it myself. Whatever cleaner they used won’t come off the seats now sticky and not sure what was used. Asked to focus on my interior window and just made it worse. Thanks for nothing.
Asad did a great job with the interior detailing and exterior wash of my car! It was spotless!!! Definitely will recommend!
