I was at this location (NFM 620 Rd) today, it was nice, clean, not really busy, but the big issue is when I used my credit card they took $10 off my account and I used just like $3 and I never get my refund for the remaining balance. I spoke with the owner and he told me that they willcheck this issue and will give me my money back... Weeks later and no response! This place used to shine—now it’s as faded as their sign. No more free vacuums, no more quality, just disappointment on repeat.
