Unprofessional and deceitful. They agreed to mow the grass regularly, then stopped showing up after a few sessions, lied and said it was because they no longer service the area. When I finally tracked them down a year later, they admitted they had disappeared because they didn't want to have to send a simple photo showing the work was done before getting paid (I always paid promptly exactly as we agreed). In other words, they knew I wasn't onsite and wanted to get paid for doing shoddy work or no work.
Contact them for yard cleaning in fall, and now in spring. Also request seeding in some spots last year. This year they are also also doing the grass cut
