When we had another septic service that ended up causing pump damage, Mr. Septic fixed it for us at a fair price and has also been very responsive on issues ever since, including an after hours call that saved us a service visit. Very fair and I highly recommend.
Paid for the contract one year and they are the ones who should be calling me to come and inspect my septic system 3 times a year as was stated in their contract. Paid $350 and they never showed up again after the inital visit. Not recommended. Not professional. Cant honor a contract. I would stay away from this business. They would be lucky to get work in 2024
When they were called out due to alarm going off on the septic system they sent a tech out to see what the problem was. He came out and said pump was no good. After I inspected the pump I found it was clogged around the intake with gunk. I also found the infusior was half hanging off. This is the Aerator for the tank. Also found the filter on the air pump was dirty. This company has the maintenance contract since 2020 . The tech cut all the wires loose dropped in a sump pump and left.
