OUTSTANDING!!! Josh and his crew over delivered on an install of 1000 ft of hickory floors. Josh kept us informed at every step of the way. Our staircase had some issues from the previous builder and Josh and Rufus handled it perfectly! There are several hardwood floor businesses and you will talk with a salesperson but someone else installs the floor. With Sandman, Josh takes his excitement of earning your business and creates a beautiful floor that you will love!

Josh and his boys do amazing work, it is a seamless match from old to new, the flow from one room to the other is flawless. I wouldn't call anyone else, Josh and his boys care about your project like it's there own home and it shows, well done. Highly recommended.
Josh and his sons are the greatest people that ever did any project for us. They are perfectionist, tidy and do beautiful work. they just recently completed installing hardwood flooring in our home and it is BEAUTIFUL!
I can't say enough about them, professional, friendly, fast, trustworthy, on time and they do great quality work. They made the whole floor refinishing process as painless as it can be. My floor looks great, better then new.

Josh and his guys did a great job on my hardwood floors. I wasn't sure if I wanted them done, because they weren't in terrible shape. But once I saw some pictures of similar hardwoods he refinished, I was sold. They look amazing now, and I am so glad I made the decision to have Mr. Sandman do them!
