We contracted for two engineered floors that were severely distressed with sun fade. We were told that after the sandless process that our floors would look nice. Not so and the results were horrible. Also they moved our furniture back into the rooms before the floors had cured and caused scarring. Met with Mr. Neil B. the franchise owner and he wanted to repair the floors which was a ridiculous suggestion considering how bad our floors came out after the process. RecommendedWow is all I can say. They came out and gave an estimate that was very reasonable. Arrived on time and completed the work when they said they would!! Love my floors now.

Neil is extremely professional, generous, honest and does an excellent job. He shows up on time and can be trusted. I am extremely satisfied with the job he did for us and would use him again whenever I needed this type of service.
My floors were a disaster and these guys refinished them in a day. There was no mess, no dust, no odor, only nice refinished floors. My wife is so happy.She couldn't believe it.
