Phenomenal Phil worked wonders on our floor, which hadn’t been touched for nearly 30 years! It was covered with deep scratches and graying spots that were very dried out. I was hoping for any improvement and would have been satisfied, but WOW… they look brand new. I could not recommend anyone else. He was reasonably priced, knowledgeable, and an absolute pleasure to work with. We are so excited to have beautiful floors before the holidays 😍

Phil from Mr. Sandless did a phenomenal job. The floors in our new home were pretty beat up and Phil brought new life to them and was able to cover up the pet odor from the previous owner. We were not able to go the traditional route of sanding because the floors have neen sanded too many times so this was a great way to avoid having to replace them. Phil was phenomenal! He just made our office floor look brand new again. I can’t recommend this company enough and wish that I could give Phil 10 stars! Professional, reliable and he went above and beyond. I will definitely use Mr. Sandless and Phil again!
