There's no way around it, this review has to be what it is. First off, if your customer takes issue with how the job was done, don't *ask* for a 5-star review. Even if you did try to make it right with a 5% refund. The absolute biggest issue with how this job was done was the fact that we gave them a completely emptied home to work on, and it was clearly seen as "the easiest job of the month" so "let's get in and out as quickly as we can". Very nice individuals that worked on our floor. They both worked in a timely fashion and cleaned up after themselves well. The floors look spectacular. Very fair pricing for all the work that was done, would use Mr Sandless again
Chris and Val did a great job redoing our hard wood floors. They redid the entire upstairs without sanding, and their work is beautiful! They touch up and replace trim to make everything perfect before they finish! They work hard and they are careful! I highly recommend Mr. Sandless for making hardwood floors look new!
