Had an amazing experience with Dan, Chris and the crew. I reached out for an estimate, and within the same day Dan was at my house giving me what I thought was a very fair quote for the project. He had me on the calendar for 2 weeks later, and thoroughly explained the process. On the day on service Chris and his partner (did not get his name) were on time and started right away. They did an amazing job, my floor looks beautiful. They take pride in thier work and did everything to make it perfect.
Dan and his crew did an outstanding job to our old floors. They did a Sandless job due to the wood being too thin and added a darker dye for a wonderful finish. Couldn’t be happier!
Although the staff is very nice and management is extremely pleasant, the product itself is not what I expected. They did come back a second time and try to rectify the bad product they claim was the error in the first place. They pushed all dog hair into the corners and waxed over it. Then, what you don't know is that you can't wash your floors for 3 months after the application. Which if you have a busy house is absurd. And for those 3 months anytime a dog or you walk barefoot, your toe prints are smudges and very visible.... read more
Our floors were recently refinished by Chris. Dan provided our estimate. He was professional and honest. He was willing to accommodate scheduling and come several times for advice on the final finish. Chris performed the actual refinishing project.
