Only issue I would have listening to a friend is that there is no direct contact to service person. You have to go through his brother in Texas on phone sounds FISHY right .cause this guy's in Oroville ca .
The best thing I can say about Mr RV is they are responsive to your Rv repairs need's. Their pricing is transparent fair and the quality of their work is A1. Scott kept me informed of everything that was going for my repair and I couldn’t be happier with the results
If I could give more stars I would! It was an extremely rainy windy day when all of a sudden it started to rain inside my travel trailer and with my Husband bine away at work and us bring full-timers panic and tears definitely set in. I called and spoke to Scott and within 15 minutes Tom was at my location to see what the issue was. With the weather conditions he did what he could to stop the leak temporarily and then came back when it cleared up to fix it permanently. Mr. RV Repairs is a must go to company for help with RV needs. I have had Tom come out twice for AC and furnace problems. Both times he was able to troubleshoot and solve the issue. The team of Scott and Tom is friendly and eager to help. They respond quickly and are fair in cost and helpful advice. They are top notch, so happy I found them.
