Absolutely the best mobile RV repair I have used to date. Arrived in ********, ** and started normal setup routine for our 5th Wheel. Door side slide would not extend. Called ****** Mobile Repair and was informed that a technician would be out in a few hours. *** was professional, informed, and friendly. He was able to get our slide motor remounted, and two days later, install two new batteries. *** repaired our sink out at the Thousand Trails in ************ **. I would say that his just expertise and professionalism won the day for us. He and ***** made it possible for us to have a worry free rest of the trip. Toms work truly saved our camping vacation. They had a business card available at the check-in location and were easy to communicate with as well as get the repair scheduled. Mr. RV is fantastic! I was looking for a mobile tech to come to my place to install an air conditioner. Tom was fast, a great communicator, well priced, and super friendly. He installed a great AC unit that keeps the trailer cool. I called him again recently for a water leak and he once again was fast, courteous, and charges a fair price. He’s my go to from now on! Highly recommend if you’re in Butte County!
