We had a weekend emergency and they came out right away. The two young men were very professional and experienced.
You all should be ashamed of yourselves. I called them on a Sunday to disconnect a hot water tank (which they had previously installed), then cut and plug two 1/2 inch pipes. No emergency, I just needed it done before my basement repair began the next day. While the plumber was kind and polite and I appreciate them coming; unfortunately, that's the only good thing I can. I was quoted $600 to disconnect the tank and $250 to cut/plug the pipes, and that it would take 3hrs to complete. Then I was told it would be $800 to reconn... read more
