Right from the first call with Gwen who was very understanding about our problems and accommodated a service call quickly, to Bart the tech who fixed our issues with our drains. I had a drip in the basement coming from the upstairs bathtub. I called Mr Rooter & then came out right away . Sujit was very professional presenting me with his card. He checked out the tub went downstairs asked me to turn on the tap. He determined it was the drain itself, (showed me the defective part) went out he picked up the part & completed the work himself. (All within a senior’s budget) He was friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend “Mr. Plumber” especially Sujit.
