Fast service. They were able to send someone out within two hours of my calling them. We were glad that we wouldn’t have to ration water and not wait around too long before showering.

Always excellent service
Mr. Rooter came to take roots out of our sewer line. Three days later the line backed up again. They were unable to come for 48 hours. I had to call another provider, who then pulled out significantly more roots. In other words, Mr. Rooter did not do its job. That said, weeks later they did call me to apologize and have since reimbursed me. So that said, I would use them in a pinch because at least, they stand by their work.
We call Mr Rooter whenever we need a plumbing job and always get the same excellent service. Scott was very professional performing his job and made sure everything was in perfect working condition. We recommend this business 100%
