Greatly disappointed. Spoke to John on Sunday and we scheduled someone to come out on Monday between 12-2. At 2:15 I called and the woman that answered had no idea what I was talking about. She had to call me back and told me no one would be available until Tues so we set up another appointment. In the interim, I was able to find the leak and had it fixed myself. Stay away from this company. This company broke my main water pipe and then walked away. My neighbor called Mr. Rooter for service after his main water pipe was damaged by the roots of a tree on his property. The city read the meter on 8/15/2017 and shut down his water on 8/16/2017, leaving him a note saying that his pipe had leaked about 4,000 gallons of water.
