Had a visit from Austin Lessley of Mr. Rooter yesterday. I have a new house with a lot of systems that I am not familiar with and they were doing some diagnostic work for me. Austin was excellent and walked me through everything and helped me put together a good plan going forward. Highly recommend them!

Our technician Gene Saxson is very polite, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient in his work. He thoroughly explained what needed to be done to rectify the problem and worked diligently hard all day fixing the problem. The work he did is amazing. Our toilet and tub/shower work great and the plumbing he replaced looks great. Very professional in his work. We will always call for Gene for any plumbing needs and recommend him to all of our family and friends.
I had busted shower handle that need to be replaced on Sunday morning. I called Mr. Rooter and within 15-20 minutes a plumbing tech (Tom M.) was at my door. He carried himself with great professionalism and explained my options, the issue ended up being a little tougher than I expected which would've been a nightmare if I would've tried to do it myself. Mr. Plumber showed up the same day and on a Saturday! Price very very reasonable and job finished and all working fast! Another plumber a month earlier charged over $700 for this same job and this one was $200 !
My Husband and I are very pleased. They did a whole house remodel and heating system for us. They were always prompt, professional and cleanup was next to nothing.
I would give this place a negative review if I could..called yesterday before noon and was told they would be here between 3-5 maybe earlier well at 440 they called said tech was "running behind" but would be here....at 6pm I called told the same story at 830 I called again n was told that tech wasn't coming BUT we would be first today n tech would be here between 8-10am well again that didn't happen..called AGAIN n told once again tech is busy that when he got freed up he'd come..other than the 1 phone call they made we mad... read more
