Mr. Rooter plumber Ryan Simpson came to replace my gas heated water tank today. He completed the job efficiently, cleaned up completely, gave me some advice on a sink issue, and was pleasant to talk with. Excellent work!

Have you ever had one of those mornings where you get out of bed and everything goes wrong, and all you want to do is crawl back into bed? That was us this morning. We woke up to 2 inches of sewage backing up through our floor drain. Total panic. Who do you call? What do you do first? We called Mr. Rooter in West Kelowna and spoke with Pam. We moved into our new house the night before Canada Day 2026, and experienced a badly clogged toilet mess. Faith from Mr. Rooter came to assist right away on the STAT holiday. She remained for 10 hours fixing the issue, fixed our pump and looked at the lines to make sure they were clear. I am very pleased with her service. She was personable, respectful in her cleanliness and professional in her work. I would highly recommend her.
