A++ I called Mr.Rooter on short notice after another company no-showed. They answered right away, came out same day, and had everything fixed in one visit. Definitely earned my business going forward!

Absolutely love them! Allison helped us out so much! We were in dire need of help and she coordinated Joe to come out ASAP. They make a great team. Joe did fabulous work for us and was very quick about it! Will use you everytime I have a problem.
I had water all over my kitchen floor and didn't know what to do. The technicians, Joe and Dylan, arrived quickly and discovered the water had actually come from another room. They repaired it in no time. The technicians were courteous, professional and a pleasure to deal with. The charge was what I was quoted, no suprises. I would definitely use them again and have referred friends to them already. I was very pleased with their work.
Called and scheduled for someone to come out between 4 and 6pm. Received a text confirming. Was told because of the situation they would wave the after hours fee. 15mins before the plumber was to arrive, he called and said he wasn't coming and that they dont usually work after 5p and wouldn't come out till the next day. Don't waste your time with this company if it serious.
