Alex was great excellent customer skills. Mr Roter is to high for what they did just put a knob on my shower and install garbage disposal over 9 hundred dollars. I will never use them again this company it is the worse I would never refer no family or friends to this company. Came back second time not very professional at all. It okay because Gid don’t like ugly and not crazy about pretty

Gary came exactly when they said he would. He was professional and very knowledgeable. My air gap was gushing water when my dishwasher would drain. He diagnosed it, fixed it and put everything back together—even better than before in about 45 minutes. I would definitely call him again.
