Same day repair to a leaky toilet with no emergency repair surcharge. Atreyu Sondergaard came out - the response time was very quick. Walked me through what he was doing and why, and explained all the options. Felt like the important thing was costumer satisfaction and not just getting on to the next job. Would highly recommend Mr. Rooter and Atreyu.
Jacob and Arthur are the BEST !! And so is the company! Cortney is an outstanding receptionist and very friendly. I called because 3 mountain service and they never set up the appointment when I made it. So here I took time off especially for this appointment to only find out it never was made. Phil Boehm was an excellent technician! Pleasant and courteous disposition. Checked all locations for where the clog was and took care of it. The gal that took my call was also very courteous and called me back the moment she knew when the guy would head my way. This was followed up with a text and a photo of the guy coming. This is excellent service! My stars are based on the outrageous cost and not on the employee. Horrified that you are going to read this outloud haha, but I am really really appreciative of the hours & effort Atreyu and Jacob spent fixing some of the plumbing in my weird old house. They were friendly and super informative about what they were uncovering. Financial changes were also very clearly explained. I normally would opt for a company that seemed more local/less corporate, but this appointment ended up working out great.
Just have to say Colby was Awesome very Professional , cleaned up when he was done did a great job if we need service in the future I would ask for him
