We called Mr Rooter because our water presssure was low in the entire house. Spencer, who came out for the call, was very professional and explained everything thoroughly. He contacted the city to have them evaluate water pressure coming from the street to help dial down on where the problem might be. Unfortunately, it was a complex issue which he was not able to resolve in a single visit. His office was able to schedule the next visit right away. Had my septic pumped on our (new to us) house. Shalin showed up early and got right to work! He stopped at certain points of his work to take the time and show me how to tend to my septic, which was all new to me. Appreciated the time taken to show me.
