David and Bryan were very helpful, knowledgable, and kind. They were careful everytime they had to step in the house and explained things very clearly. Good experience. 10/15 - just put in a call again and once again Bryan responded faster than I anticipated and quickly diagnosed the problem and very honestly stated he wasnt the person to fix it. Great service again.
Mr. Router was able to come out in the afternoon the day I called with hot water heater issues. Dante was prompt on the arrival time and quickly assessed the issue. He was able to get it replaced and all set up in a couple hours. Dante was extremely professional in explaining my options.
