Our sewer got backed up so we called Mr Rooter to come unclog it but they failed to ask if we had a backwater valve so when they used the snake to unclog it they broke the flapper in the valve. They had to come out 2 more times before they recommended running the camera, which is when they found the broken backwater valve flapper.
