I called in despair, because of a sewage backup in my brand new home due to a faulty flapper causing a flood into my garage. It was not for over an hour did Julian from Mr. Rooter come out ili-equipped. When he came out he stated he was on call and came from home and had no camera for his snake not towels to clean up or apparently the correct pipe glue.
