I had a very good experience with Mr Plumber (techncian was Uriel) to replace a water pressure regulator and change a fill valve. They were very transparent with diagnosing the problem and pricing, professional and responsive. Would highly recommend!

While this company is solid for major projects, they are way overpriced for regular jobs. We needed a toilet fixed, total charge to diagnose problem w toilet and remove it was close to $500. No parts were included in that charge. When we were ready to have replacement toilet installed I thought they would charge a reasonable charge. Nope. Charge was more than $600. Another plumber said it wild take them 1 hour and that their hourly rate was $162. Go with smaller companies for more regular jobs.
Aidan McMahan was sent to service our kitchen sink and he fixed this in no time. Overall great service and very professional. Highly recommend Mr. Rooter Plumbing.
