We had a great visit with Vito who was very professional and knowledgeable. It was a diagnostic visit, and while we are not yet 100% sure that the issue is completely resolved, we feel very happy with his service and would be very happy to have him come back to help with the next part of the “work-up” if it is not resolved. Feeling satisfied and hopeful.

Mr. Rooter does great work. Today, Alex reminded me of why I've been working with Mr. Rooter/Oakland-Berkeley for years. On time, efficient work, known budget, super pleasant to work with, what's not to love? There was even a little above and beyond today. Plus, on this project, I'd made a rather stupid assumption, and he managed to correct it without embarrassment. Oh, and they're really skilled at plumbing too! ;^) I can recommend. PS their service technician, Carlos, has done great work for us too.
