What an absolute delight to get expert plumbing help from this family-owned business! My kitchen and bathroom faucets are all tightened up and not leaking anymore. Hurray!
Called to set up service following a clogged toilet. The staff were friendly and willing to help. Unfortunately, they required us to obtain approval to de-clog from the owner of the apartment. The owner has always been unresponsive to us as tenants and did not respond to our requests. The work was never scheduled because of these Mr. Rooter service requirements and we were forced to go to Home Depot and find alternative methods to fix the plumbing.
We've used Mr. Rooter for our plumbing needs for the past couple of years. Our first call was an emergency dispatch (upstairs bathroom leaking thru the ceiling), and Mr. Rooter was the only company that could get out to us same-day. We've had good experiences with their technicians, most recently Adam Wright, who replaced the entire assembly under our bathroom sink because it was leaking and breaking. Ryan and Tyler were friendly, personable, professional and clean. They completed the job with clear communication and confidence. These two could literally run their own business. I wish more service professionals were like them. You’ve got two good ones there Mr. Rooter. They both deserve all the bonuses and raises that they are slated for in the future. I’ll continue to use Mr. Rooter if I can always get these two for the job.
