Sheik was a very thorough, very clean, very courteous and very knowledgeable. I would recommend him in an instant.
While attempting to contact Mr. Rooter in Sudbury, Ontario I had extreme difficulty communicating with the front line telephone rep - due to loud background noise and a poor connection at their end, I was unable to properly hear the rep speak. When I expressed my concern, the rep was unprofessional, questioning me, as if unaware of the problem. Needless to say, this was a very poor first impression.
We were very happy with the team at Mr. Rooters. They were very helpful and knowledgable and we would gladly use them again in the future. Great service.
Amazing experience with these guys. Our business office had a clogged drain. They came same day and fixed it.
