The flapper ( stopper) in the reservoir broke. Didn't have the part but went to the shop and found the right one. Toilet repaired. Sheir - F did a great job.
He was very kind and very methodical about his work. He was careful to ensure fire alarms didn’t go off. I liked that he planned his work.
Wow! I can't believe how much care they put into their work. He explained everything very well so that I could understand what they were doing and why. They surpassed my expectations, and a special shout out to Sheik. Thank you for getting me the answers I needed. I know who I'll call next time I need help.
They left us hanging for four days. These guys suck. Do not recommend.
