Technician Mervin Finlay came on a Sunday morning and fixed bathtub faucet that was leaking - so appreciative of his efforts and kind manner. Customer service rep - Sara(h) - unsure of spelling - was great on the phone day before - getting back to me after initially dealing with AI Assistant Ashley. Warning for new customers: I had a plumbing issue at my place on Saturday. I called Mr. Rooter and their AI assistant answered. It stated they could send a technician out in a few hours and explicitly mentioned there are no "dispatch fees," leading me to believe I could proceed with the work only if I was happy with the quote. When the technician arrived, he informed me of a $225 "diagnostic fee" required to find the problem, which would be discounted from the total bill if I hired them.
