Great service but very expensive
Yesterday was the first time we’ve ever had any issue with a hot water tank. As well as being first time homeowners not knowing who to call. We got recommended Mr. Rooter from a couple friends. I have never had a business that I’ve use be so communicative with us throughout the entire process. The service from Mr. Rooter plumbing was absolutely stellar!! I was panicked about my broken toilet and I was able to get a plumber in first thing the next morning and Damian had everything sorted out in no time. He went above and beyond! I am so grateful for Mr.Rooter Plumbing services. I had an emergency with my plumbing. I had new plumbing pipes installed through another contactor when I discover that it wasn't install completely or correctly. So, I looked up other plumbers in the areaI & called Mr. Rooter Plumbing. Sarah was our dispatcher and she called me to let me know status of technician, and the technician was awesome as well, and took time to explain what was happening.
