They have saved me time and time again. From plumbers who wanted to overcharge me, to when we had an emergency and needed to have our mainline removed the day before thanksgiving. We called Mr. Rooter upon discovering a water line to our bathroom had frozen in recent subzero temps, hoping to avoid a burst pipe and damage. They took our call right away and quickly connected us to Augie, who was busy assisting others in a similar situation but nevertheless took time to talk to us on the phone and walk us through how we could address our situation immediately.
