Mr Rooter for the win! Had a great experience with Lex the other day. Punctual, knowledgeable and personable, all things I appreciate in a person and company. He was thorough with his inspection, gave me insight on the problem and got to work. Found the issue that another company overlooked, and we were good to go. Highly recommend Mr Rooter and ask for Lex!

Contacted Mr. Rooter and they scheduled a service call quickly. Was kept informed of when they would arrive. David Acampora and his assistant/apprentice were friendly and thoroughly explained the issue. They recommended the simplest solution which is exactly what I wanted. The work was completed quickly and I'm very happy. I won't hesitate to use Mr. Rooter again and would request Mr. Acampora personally based on his work.

Had a drain blockage in our basement and everything from Mr. Rooter was fast, well-organized, and thorough. From Jennifer's professionalism on dispatch, to Josh's experience and thoroughness in the drain cleaning, everything was excellent. Don't think I could be more satisfied. Thank you, God bless.
