I am a member of the PipeSafe program through the Regional Water Authority and I had an issue with my sewer line. Mr. Rooter is subcontracted by the RWA and once the RWA contacted them, they came out within the hour! The technician, Jorge, was awesome - he listened to the history of our sewer system, and actually had a much better solution to my problem than the other (nationally known) plumbing company. He cleaned up the area and left it in much better condition than original! He did a great job!

I had Dave come by a couple of times in the past two weeks (for unrelated issues! Everything happens at once) and he was GREAT. Friendly, professional, courteous, and kind. He explained everything to me and made sure I understood everything that he was doing. He was also meticulous and very very clean. I cannot recommend these guys enough.

Used RWA Pipe Safe plan for clogged pipe in a 100 year old house. Pipes are not set up the way modern plumbing is today. It was not easy at all. Dave came and tried his best but the pipes were too crazy. Lex came and was finally able to work his magic and clear the pipe. Thank you so much for all your hard work Lex and Dave.
