Mr. Rooter came to assess my situation with in an hour of calling. He assessed the problem and was fixed with in two hours. Awesome service, polite and professional.
The two guys came within minutes the explained everything showed me the problem, fixed everything they possibly could and even were super nice when they had to give me terrible news. Great guys!
Honestly feel overcharged and ripped off for the work that was done, charged $425 for a “complete rebuild“ for the toilet, (an hours work) but the one part they did not replace suddenly had a crack after they were done. There was never a crack before. Then told me my only option was a new toilet at $800 plus. Guys were nice.
