Zach was super sweet and courteous. He was quite soft spoken, making it difficult to hear him at times. He worked quickly and efficiently. He left a little bit of a mess on the bathroom floor, but all in all, it was a very good experience.

Excellent service! Both Zach and Tyler were honest and gave information throughout drain scoping service. Suggested follow-on repair to mitigate continued issues, at a reasonable price.
My landlord had them come take a look at our drains, didn’t end up hiring them for the job and they never put my toilet back on just left it sitting there. Never put a new wax ring, never bolted it back down or hooked the water back up. Oh and the nuts are MIA. My landlord is out of town so now he’s struggling to find someone to come finish the job. Thanks for nothing Mr.Rooter smh
