Kind, courteous, professional, knowledgable, skillfull, and incredibly friendly too! What more could you want out of a plumber or any service provider for that matter? I called because my water heater wasn’t working. Tyler and Anthony came promptly to check it out. Turns out, it was just because the breaker had tripped and resetting it solved the issue. While they were here I ask to have the temperature turned up, which they took care of easily. They even stayed long enough for some water to heat up to make sure it was working. I really appreciate their knowledge and efficiency.

Tyler came checked on my pump discovered it was bad made some calls. Got me a new pump and the owner John and Tyler cleaned it out. Put the new pump in excellent service highly recommend them.

The lady I made my appointment with on the phone was so friendly. She got me an appointment the very next morning! The 2 plumbers that did the work (Anthony & Tyler) were awesome too. They were knowledgeable and friendly. Mr Rooter has a new customer for any future plumbing work, and I have a few on the to do list coming up!
