This place is a scam. Quoted me $700 to replace an entire section of corroded pipes, valves, and water meter. After two weeks of rescheduling they finally come and spend 45 minutes replacing only the meter (provided for free by the city). When I requested the rest of the work be completed, they said “we only replaced meter, because the rest of the corroded parts we quoted to replace weren’t leaking. We’ll refund $150”. The service guy Chris was great. Mr.Rooter showed up for the appointment as stated and did exactly what they said. Professional services.
Mr. Rooter was able to get to my house quickly and let me know possible solutions to the problem. Tyler was great at telling me what he recommends as a solution, without trying to oversell me in any way. However, the office never called to schedule the repairs. And I was not informed in advance that there would be a diagnosis fee. $190 for 25 minutes..
