We called and booked a repair they said they'd come out the next day. After staying home from work and several texts saying they were still coming and that we'd hear from the technician soon no one ever showed. Chose to get our work done by someone else who actually shows up and didn't cost me a full day of work. If I could I wouldn't give any stars
The people were very kind and helpful. Solved my problem.
I had a leak in the attic which was dripping through the ceiling. They sent out a plumber same day. Jared came out, and did a great job on the diagnostic and repair.
Mark did a great job for us. Came late in the day due to an emergency situation and handled everything beautifully. We were back up and running in less than 30 minutes!
Mr. Rooter Plumbing was on time. Technician Josh, was thorough and knowledgeable. He listened and answered my questions.
