Had Mr Rooter come out because I was having problems with my drainline. They did fix the problem,but they sent two guys out but one left to do another job.He didn't return until the late evening My sprinkler isn't working and not happy with the clean outs.I had to call the office and ask...why is there just one guy working

Both technicians were professional and explained what their findings were. They provided options quickly to get the issue resolved. Communicated the estimated cost, time it would take to get the replacement part(s) and installation completed the same day. Once the work was complete, they showed us the finished job and tested the equipment to make sure it was working properly.
