Friendly, professional and efficient.
We called on Mr. Rooter for a quick quote for a cracked sewer line under our house. They were expedient in giving us a quote that was fair. The work took a couple of days. Bobby and Thomas, were pleasant, kept us informed throughout the days, and kept our house clean. When they found more concerns, they took the time to explain all the issues with us. We will definitely call on Mr. Rooter again if we have plumbing needs!
Mr. Rooter Regina great, reliable team - from first call with Tammy, ongoing communication about arrival, through to onsite work by specialist Andrew. Have been fortunate to have Andrew - knowledgeable++, professional, explains everything and works with the homeowner - lead both a major project (sewer line replacement) and do detective work/resolve two plumbing issues in an older home. Highly recommend.
