Never again will I contact this company. 2 years ago my house had a sewer line issue. We had another company come through and diagnose the issue. They Hydro jetted the line and showed us then sewer line needed to be replaced. We than had MR. ROOTER come and look for a second opinion. They were to do up a report for our insurance as well a quote for the work. It was around $8000.00 dollars. Matt is a great guy. My wife had an issue while I was gone and out of country. He ran over as soon as he could while she was at work to assess the issue and advise. Didn't charge me too. This is what we are missing in Canada. Thanks so much Matt!!!
By far the most friendly easy to talk to professionals. First off, when you call you don't get a receptionist; you actually get to talk to a professional. I have dealt with Matt from Mr Rooters a couple times the past 2 years and he has helped answer questions over the phone so I could attempt to resolve the issue on my own. And when I was unable to fix the problem he was quick to help and even explain his process so I could learn to be a better home owner. Definitely highly recommend!
