Great response time considering it was an emergency. Technician was very knowledgable and price point was dialled in. Highly recommend.
Wish the person had taken more time to investigate before cutting into the ceiling. Broke the drywall instead of saving it for patching, and the real issue was the washer. Completely unnecessary damage. Will not be using their service again.

Came when they said they would and did a very efficient job fixing our old macerator toilet pump. Brandon(?) was friendly and explained what he was doing as he went along. Would recommend Mr. Rooter highly.
