Best plumber I have ever used. Patrick showed up first thing in the morning immediately assessed the situation and got to work. Mr. Rooter replaced my water heater as well as the main and removed a leaf water system that did nothing. Took less than half a day. I would absolutely call Mr. Rooter for any plumbing issue that I have here in Sarasota Florida. Very happy to have found a great and reasonable plumber.

$800 for clearing two bathroom drains. How dishonest can a contractor be? It took the plumber, Charles Ellison all of 20 min to do the actual job. Afterward he asked to use the bathroom toilet and left the seat up as well. If you are an elderly person alone, please DO NOT hire this company out of Newberg, OR. Save your money. I called afterward and the lady said "we charge by the job, not the hour." OMG!

I want to extend heartfelt kudos to Huntsville’s Mr. Electric technician, Mr. Spencer Medley, who improved the circuitry on June 26, 2025, and technician, Mr. Gage Baker, who verified its functionality on July 3, 2025. I would give a zero if possible. Horrible Company! DO NOT USE! Way Over charged for repair of water in my basement. $6000. Said there was a break in the cast iron pipe under my laundry room floor. Sent an apprentice plumber who didn't know what he was doing. Pipes didn't even line up after he was done. Tried to tell him how to adjust it but wouldn't listen & caused 2 additional leaks.
