Marco and Mike did an excellent job of unclogging a toilet & shower drain after a back-up. They did excellent clean-up & also arrived within an hour. They were personable and professional. Grateful for them, & would definitely recommend Mr. Rooter.

I had the shower leak after Mr.Rooter fixed it. So I called them back and they sent TIMMY LAI. He came and listened to my issue and inspected the problem. He was able to determine the issue and assured me that it was covered under the warranty and fixed it. TIMMY LAI was very professional, courteous and fixed the problem quickly. Thank you!
