Tomas was fantastic! He came to our home today to install two new toilets and was professional, thorough, and very respectful of our space. He took the time to make sure everything was installed properly and left both areas absolutely immaculate when he was finished. Had an excellent experience with Mr. Rooter on multiple occasions. Staff are very professional, show up on time, get you honest and sound feedback to help you sort out your options. Big shout out to William T., he showed up ready to do the work, he was professional and honest in his technical assessment, keen to investigate the problem and sincere in his recommendations on what to do next. I had a blocked sink and Mr. Rooter sent Mike a technician to come and help me. Mike did a very good job within a short period of time. And it all because he knew what he was doing. He covered the working area with a work cloth and kept the place clean after the job was done . He also explained to me what to and not to do to prevent the sink from blocking in future. I was very grateful for that tip. Thanks Mike fot the job you did .
