Thanks for sending one of your best technician by the name of Phillip Grant to make the diagnostic appraisal on our plumbing problems specifically the dripping faucets outside & likewise the faucet @ the basements. He was so courteously trained technician that even suggested what to do if it occurs in the future. He has done his job awesomely for the the customers satisfaction
Jacob Kaplan did an excellent job in clearing my clogged drain and also replacing the bathtub main water control valve. Very neat and professional. Awesome job.
Although we couldn't go ahead with Mr Rooter services as it was out of our budget, we believe they are very helpful, good company and the customer service is great.
