I called and asked for a specific service. They charged me an $80 fee to come out only to tell me they could not provide that service. I called to request my money back and they said they would not refund because I did not provide them with enough information. Totally false! I gave them all necessary info. Dispatchers don’t know anything about plumbing. Waste of time and money!!! I’ll stick with the non-corporate guys that actually know their stuff
