This company has gone down hill the last few years! And today was the last straw! We had what should've been a fairly minor toilet issue involving the tank. When the tech showed up he "diagnosed" the issue, left for about 30-45 minutes to get the part, returned and spent maybe 20 minutes putting in the valve and promptly left claiming the issue was resolved. Within 10 minutes of the tech leaving I heard the toilet tank filling again which means, HE DIDNT FIX IT!!! Immediately called and they said they could have someone back... read more

My kitchen sink was backing up, called at 8 Am, technician showed up at 10:30 AM. Yuri, the technician was having, went right to work & took care of my issue. He did not leave until he was sure the problem was corrected. Would definitely use Mr. Rooter again f needed. Yuri deserves much appreciation, as he drove close to an hour to get to my residence.
Called them in the middle of the night for a leak they sent out Jose. Jose was extremely professional and fixed the problem. Highly recommend
